I wanted to make sure I shared some important links and websites that can offer information and help to victims and survivors of domestic violence. Please utilize them if you need help. There are wonderful people out there who are there to help, and they know how to be discreet so that you're kept safe.

First and foremost, I want to post the toll-free number to the National Domestic Abuse hotline. All calls made to them are kept completely anonymous and confidential.

This is the website to the National Domestic Violence hotline. There is a lot of information on this site, as well as the toll-free number to the National Domestic Violence hotline. The people working that hotline are wonderful, compassionate people who will do anything they can to help.

This is RAINN--- The Rape, abuse and incest national network. It's a great place to find loads of information, as well as places you can go for help.

There are many, many other resources available to provide help and information to victims and survivors of domestic violence. I urge you to please use them. They're there to help you.
